Our Policy:

Fruits Parties appreciates and respects your interest in our edible products. We use a variety of fresh fruits in our arrangements that promote a healthy lifestyle. Some of these include cantaloupes, pineapples, grapes, watermelon, honeydew, oranges, kiwi, strawberries and plums. We also add in any vegetables or other fruits that are requested, upon availability. For a small additional fee, a teddy bear or a balloon can be added to the basket. Our arrangements are true to size and appearance. Compared to leading competitors we offer considerably lower prices for superior quality and service. Please note that some fruits are seasonal. The vases and baskets may not be the same as shown in the pictures. In addition , if you need organic fruits baskets or fruits arrangement with organic fruits only you can contract us, we serve you better , organic fruit baskets or arrangement will be higher price than regular fruits baskets .

ALLERGY WARNING:

Fruits parties’ products may contain nuts or traces of nuts. Please inform us in any case of any allergies to avoid using those items.

PRODUCE:

We use all Fresh Fruits and Veggies for all Fruit Arrangements. No preservatives are ever used. We provide certified organic fruits and vegetables upon your request.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Place an order online through our 100% secure Shopping Website or Call us at514 975 4446 or 514 654 4033. We accept payment by PayPal.

DELIVERY:

Fruits parties provides place order one week advance. Your order will receive after one week date of place order or payment. We will Delivery to your doorstep. SAME DAY order is available but price will be different cause of argent order . It’s the sender’s responsibility to make sure someone is at the delivery address to receive the basket, If no one is home the basket will be left at the door.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY / SUBSTITUTIONS:

If you are not satisfied with your product and would like to return it, call us right away. product must be in its original packaging and the cellophane unopened. All returns are accepted but you will lose 50% of your product price. An addition return shipping cost. ($15-$30) .You will receive a refund within 5-7 business days.

CANCELLATIONS:

You have to call us or email us for any cancellations or changes in order within 2 hours of order confirmation( Very important) If you call after 2 hours of time of place order than you have to pay half of your price, we will back only half money of your order .

Note: Orders can NOT be cancelled once they have left the premises for Delivery.
